General conditions for using the reya.bg
I. SUBJECT
Art. 1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relations between Reya International Ltd., EIK: 121260803, with headquarters and management address. Sofia, blvd. Petko Karavelov 36, floor 1, and VISITORS to the website https://reya.bg (called „Site“ for short).
(2) By accessing and loading the Site, Visitors agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes to them, and undertake to comply with them.

Art. 3. The Reya International site provides Visitors with information about the activities and services of Reya International, as well as access to offers for the sale or rent of real estate, and properties for compensation at prices that are available on the site https://www.reya.bg. Offers are provided by sellers, landlords, developers, investors and other persons.
Art. 4. When viewing any of these offers with the assistance of the Agency, the User undertakes to sign an inspection protocol, as well as to conclude a mediation agreement with Reya International OOD for the purchase/rent/compensation of property provided by the Agency on this website or through other advertising channels.
Art. 5. The information according to Art. 3. from these Data about the owner of the site, which is provided to the User and any other user, is for the purpose of mediation against a commission fee by Reya International OOD when purchasing/renting/compensation property from the User.
Art. 6. The Reya International website provides Visitors with information about Reya International's activities and services, as well as access to published offers, news and publications.
III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Art. 4. (1) All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Reya International and are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act. The intellectual property objects of Reya International may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of Reya International.
(2) Images on the Reya International Site and other visual elements representing the intellectual property of Reya International may not be copied, used and reproduced in any way by third parties without the prior written consent of Reya International.
(3) Any unauthorized use of the materials published on the Site, without the permission of Rhea International, constitutes a violation for which the offender bears civil, administrative-criminal and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.
Art. 5. (1) Reya International does not permit the use in any way of the content of the Site by visualizing all or part of the materials, offers or images published on it on another site.
(2) Referral to materials on the Site from other sites is permissible if it is carried out in accordance with good morals and commercial practice and if the referral and methods of presentation of the reference do not raise doubts about Reya International's authorship of the materials, so that Visitors are not misled.
IV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Art. 6. (1) Reya International takes measures to protect the personal data of Visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Policy announced on its website.
(2) Reya International does not send identifying information to third parties and does not require registration for use of the Site by Visitors.
(3) Consent to the processing of Visitors' personal data is expressly provided for precisely defined cases, purposes and for precisely defined categories of data.
V. AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art. 7. (1) These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by Reya International at any time by promptly publishing the amended General Terms and Conditions on the Site, together with a message to the Visitors about the changes made.
(2) Changes to these general terms and conditions are effective for all Visitors to the Site from the moment they are announced by Reya International.
VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Art. 8. (1) Reya International provides access to the content of the Site as is and does not guarantee that the guidelines in the materials on the Site lead to the results intended by the Visitors, as well as the reliability or up-to-dateness of the information at any time.
(2) Reya International is not responsible for damages and lost profits of the Visitors caused by materials contained in the materials published on the Site.
(3) Reya International is not responsible for damages caused by Visitors to third parties as a result of the use of the Site and the materials contained therein.
VII. OTHER PROVISIONS
Art. 9. Visitors to the Site undertake to comply with ethical norms and not to violate the reputation of Reya International when using the Site and the materials contained therein.
Art. 10. The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to the issues not settled in these general conditions related to the implementation and interpretation of this contract.
Art. 11. These general terms and conditions enter into force for all Site Visitors as of 05.12.2018.
